A privileged area for this is the Iberian System, a group of mountain ranges from mid-mountain to totally Mediterranean, with a low density of human population, among which is the Maestrazgo. It is highly recommended to add a notebook for taking notes and a camera. A ground-based telescope helps a lot at very long distances.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Knowing the different sounds emitted by birds allows us to considerably increase our list of observations, so it is best to carry recordings that include the names of each species. The most practical thing to do is to wear comfortable clothes in discreet tones, go alone or in small groups and move slowly and quietly.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Any time of the year is good for bird watching, each season has its typical species: summer, wintering, migratory and resident.
